LCR Scotland is a partnership founded by Ian Walls and Nicki Barnett. Both have successfully run their own businesses in Scotland for a number of years in their specialist fields. The idea behind the business came from
a gap in the market for the provision of truly bespoke and executive level language courses and incentive breaks - away from the usual classroom and hotel environments.

Together with experienced ESOL teachers provided by Perth College and the University of the Highlands and Islands, LCR Scotland aim to provide clients from every business sector with LEARNING, CULTURE and REWARD packages that exceed all expectations.

Ian Walls:- has successfully run a few businesses before founding a business based on his passions in life - Fishing and Golf. Ian is the founder of River and Green, offering guests and clients fully tailored activity breaks in Scotland, including fishing, golf and country sports. As a keen golfer and fisherman himself, Ian brings knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to LCR Scotland. Ian is a fluent Italian speaker and regularly deals with European clients and visitors to Scotland.


Nicki Barnett:- founding Partner of her business, Highland Lodges (Scotland), she has successfully run this luxury accommodation and events business for the last 7 years after returning home to Scotland after working in International Event Organising overseas for 6 years. Nicki brings her knowledge of country house and castle accommodation together with every aspect of in-house service to ensure LCR Scotland clients want for nothing from the moment they arrive. Nicki is a proficient Japanese and French speaker.
