Classroom learning is mixed with informal exposure to the language of everyday life, through taking part in classic field sports, cultural activities and visits to places of historical interest.

Depending on the season and your preferences, we will design a rich and varied programme of afternoon activities. Guests are provided with all necessary equipment for activities and will be accommpanied by experienced and enthusiastic guides , ensuring a safe and enjoyable time.

We will discuss all your preferences and interests at an early stage, then, using our knowledge and experience, we will design an itinerary of activities that ensures your Training Course is as enjoyable and memorable as it is educational. 

	GOLF - enjoy playing some of Scotland's famous Championship, Links and country courses. we can organise some magnificent golf outings in Scotland - the home of golf! Championship courses at St Andrews and Carnoustie as well as numerous other challenging courses in stunning surroundings. All golf clubs and caddies can be provided, as well as tuition from Club Pro's on request.
	GAME SHOOTING and CLAY SHOOTING - Scotland boasts a number of exceptional country sports. We are delighted to be able to offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy some game shooting or some clay shooting.
	WATERSPORTS - we can organise a range of watersports to suit all levels. From a gentle paddle down the river, taking in the stunning local scenery to high adrenalin white water rafting, canyoning rafting. You will be accommpanied by experienced guides and tutors at all times.
	FISHING FOR TROUT, SALMON, PIKE and SEA FISHING - Scotland has some of the best fishing in the world. Try your hand at fly fishing for Salmon, brown Trout and Pike. Fishing from Boat and Bank. All equipment and tuition will be provided. We can also organise for Sea fishing outings.
	ARCHERY and FALCONRY - within the private grounds of your castle or country house accommodation, marvel at the displays of the hawk, falcon and eagle as they swoop and display for you. What better medieval sport should be enjoyed than a friendly archery competition. Compete with your colleagues in this fun activity.
	CASTLE TRAILS - Scotland has numerous castles with a magnificent history. Some are ruins, some are looked after in their splendour by the National Trust and some are still the family homes of ancient clans. We will provide a tailored castle tour during your stay to make sure you see some of the best!
	4x4 OFF-ROADING SAFARIS and QUAD BIKING - really test your driving skills and your nerve as you take on some of Scotland's toughest terrain. Guaranteed to be wet and muddy and extremely good fun.
	MOUNTAIN BIKING - with so many hills and mountains, for those who have the energy levels, Scotland boasts some exhilarating mountain bike tracks and courses with truly breathtaking scenery.
